Wall Wisher is a tool I have been waiting for! It allows users to stick “post it notes” on an online “wall.” This is a great collaboration tool that can be used for gallery walks, brainstorming, etc.

KerPoof is a great suite of tools, designed for kids, that allows them to publish online in a variety of ways. They can create comics, videos, cards, pictures, and the list goes on. Supported by the National Science Foundation, this is a great tool for schools!

I love this timeline tool! It is really simple to use, yet it offers very robust features. I can see this not only being used to chronologically display events, but to showcase student work. Vuvox still has the best interactivity, but for ease of use, you can’t beat Capzles!

Mindomo

Mindomo is a mind mapping program that enables the user to share their map and collaborate with others. I have blogged about several of these tools in the past. What I really like about Mindomo is the ability to add multimedia into the map. I am still looking for the tool that enables you to convert your map into an outline (like Inspiration), but I have yet to see it. Perhaps Inspiration’s new Webspiration will have all the functions, but it will not be free past the Beta.
